Summary
CJ smoke suppressing and dust removing burner is a improved and innovated deduster in referance of advantaged technology at home and abroad to use the principle of coal-gas producer and adopt physical heat recovery on the basis of traditional coal furnace. When the raw coal is incompletely burned and the standard of environmental protection discharging cannot be achieved, after installing CJ smoke suppressing and dust-removing burner, no black smoke would be discharges. Principle of deduster
Because the decomposition and combustion should be under the proper temperature, the burner is equipped with three oxygen points, which can be adjusted according to the practical burning temperature to achieve ideal effect. When adjusting the oxygen points, the increasing of oxygen can be controlled to solve the over proofing problem of Ringelmann blackness of the tail gas.

Characteristics
1. Compared with traditional coal-gas producer, the consumption of coal can be reduced 10%-20% and the waste of heat can be reduced to the least. Compared with traditional hand firing type, auger type and gas producer, the carbon content of ash can be remarkably reduced. The utilization rate of thermal power can be raised 10-30%. The most part burned by the burner is air and phenomenon of depletion will never happen.
2. The burner runs safely and solidly, without unsafe factors like pressure, spontaneous combustion and so on. It runs steadily and the temperature fluctuation in the kiln is small. The working strength of stokers can be reduced a lot. It can run 1-3 hours of every stoking. Wet residue discharging is adopted and no fugitive dust pollution will be formed.

1.1 Aspect of Economic and Energy-Saving

2. Smoke removing, desulfurazation and dedusting of down-draft kiln; dedusting of channel furnace, heating furnace, kiln furnace, pushed-bat furnace and hand firing furnace.
  Traditional kiln fuel can be devided into two kinds. The first kind is clean fuel(natural gas, liquid gas, coal gas, diesel oil and so on), which is highly cost and short of resource. The second is heavy pollution fuel (heavy oil, anthracite, coke, diesel oil and so on). Although of low cost, they can't achieve the discharging standard of environmental protection. Although large funds are invested in the dedusting equipment, the problem of black smoke cannot be solved. The desulfuration deduster overcomes the above two shortcomings and is now wildly used in the industry of down-draft kiln, channel kiln, pushed-bat kiln, thermal oil furnace, enamel heat preservation material heater wire. It not only saves a lot of running cost, but also achieves the discharging standard of environmental protection.



Installation preparation
1. Before installation, simple construction should be finished according the drawings of figure and base supplied by our company. Professional Staff should be sent by our company to give directions in installation.
2. After finishing installing the main body of the burner, water and electricity system can be installed. Two burns can be installed in one day.
3. After finishing installing the burner, professional technician of our company will train the stokers to operate on the spot.

Operation Rules
1. Put firing substance like dry stick into the burner and ventilate naturally after pouring diesel oil on it. IDF can be turned on at this time. When the burning substance flames intensely, coal can be put into the burner. Blower can be turned on at this time and coal can be put in when the bottom fire flares up. Coal layers can be determined according to the requirements. It is better about 100mm below the burner gate. During this period of time burn gate should not be shut and crack should be left.
2. When the temperature is to a certain degree (400 centigrade) and the fire in the burner is thoroughly intense, the water-sealed ditch should be filled up with water. Water level should be 30-50mm above the bottom of the burner. At this time you can shut the burn gate, turn on the blower and open the red steam valve slowly.
3. The burner gate must not be opened when the burner is burning normally to avoid scald. Blower should be turned off when adding coal and then the burner gate can be open slowly. When opening the gate, person should stand at the side of the burn gate. The coal should be added at an even level. When closing the burn gate, motions should be light to avoid damaging the burn gate.
4. The wind valve can be adjusted according to the temperature. The valve can be opened more widely when the temperature is low. When the temperature is high, the valve can be opened more narrowly. The adustment should not be excessive at each time. About one square each time is better.

Attentions
1. When burning solid carbon, another coal adding should be prepared. Burner gate is forbidden to open at the time of normal burning. If there is an emergency, one time of wind should be stopped and the the burner gate can be opened slowly. Person should stand at the side of the burner gate.
2. The coal should be added at an even level and no open flame. The motions of adding coal should be light to reduce loss of heat. After finishing adding coal, the lip of a crater shoud be checked if there is open fire. If there is no open fire, burner gate should be opened in time and then be closed when the condition is normal.
3. Burning without water is forbidden. When changing shifts, valve gate and water level should be checked.
