Ceramic cyclone is made of fine quantity ceramic materials which are fired in the temperature of 1300 centigrade through strict ceramic producing arts. So it is heat-resistant. On the side of abrasion, the abrasive resistance of ceramic is far better than HT200 cast iron cyclone and the using life can reach 15-20 years. The characteristic is to make the separating sections of the cyclone become a whole not leak structure to effectively overcome the shortcoming that multistratum structures are easy to leak to influence the efficiency of the deduster. Using horn skirt and conic stinger structure on the bottom of the cyclone pipe is more convenient to connect with the bottom ash hopper. The horn skirt surface won't penetrate through the vent holes, so the ceramic cyclone dedusting pipe won't craze when firing and the production rate of dedusting accessories will be raised. The middle vent-pipe, entrance cyclone and cyclone separating conic hole of the cyclone separating section are made into a whole and the center vent-pipe is made to over step the surface of wind entering. The top is equipped with horn connector. So the ceramic dedusting pipe has a structure of integer and no connectors to avoid leakage of connectors and the roughness of the inner wall to assure the separating effect of the cyclone. On the efficiency of the dedusting equipment, the Ringelmann backness can be improved more effectively.
