| XTD ceramic multitube deduster |

XTD ceramic multitube deduster is built up of several parallel ceramic cyclone deduster units (It is also called ceramic cyclone). It can be built up with general ceramic cyclone deduster units or direct current cyclone deduster units. These units are organically organized in a shell body, containing whole air inlet pipe, exhausting pipe and ash hopper. The discharging of ash by ash hopper can be of many formulas. Because the equipment is composed of ceramic cyclone pipe, it is more wear-resistant and smoother than cast iron. It is acid and alkali resistant and can wet dedust.
Working Principle The dusty gas enters gas distribution room from the whole air inlet pipe and then gets into the ring inter space between ceramic cyclone body and diversion piece. The diversion piece makes the gas from doing linear motion to circular motion. The vast majority of rotating gas takes spiraling flow from the cylinder down to the cone along the cyclone body. The dusty gas generates centrifugal force in the rotating process and throws the dust drops whose density are bigger than gas to the tube wall. After contacting with the tube wall, the dust drops lose inertial force and fall in the removing ash pipe to the whole ash hopper by the speed momentum in the entrance and the gravity. When the outer rotating falling gas arrives the bottom of the cone, because of the shrink made by the cone, it continuously flows reelingly at the direction of the cyclone pipe axes from the bottom to the top (clean air). The gas enters exhausting room through ceramic cyclone exhausting pipe. Then it can be discharged by the whole exhausting hole. The whole exhausting pipe can be located on the side or on the top in accordance with needs.
Application Scope and Advantages 1. The equipment is suitable for the dust treatments of industrial boilers, heat power station boilers of various types and burning ways like chain boilers, reciprocating boilers, boiling boilers, stocker boilers, pulverized coal furnace, cyclone furnaces, fluid bed furnaces and so on. 2. The deduster can also be used to treat other industrial dust. It can be also used to recollect cement and other dust of use value. 3. Compared with static electric deduster, the whole investment is only its 1/3. Compared with water film deduster, water is not necessary and no sewage discharging. Secondary pollution can be avoided (Except for atomized drying deduster). The deduster is energy saving and needn' t use energy itself. 4. The equipment has big capacity of treating gas and strong loading adaptation. The ceramic mechanism is smooth, durable and won' t be jammed. With small floor space, it can be installed neatly according to the local condition. It can be installed whether indoor or outdoor. The installation is simple and generally maintenance free.
