However, the ash residues contain many desulfurating products of half water calcium sulfite and gypsum. They are viscous and easy to cause jamming, abrasion and overloading of the pump and the pump would be damaged. Functions and Characteristics SGC double chain scrape-board ash-exhauster is a ash residue transportation equipment which works without stop. It is specially designed for the automatic deslagging of circulatory liquid precipitation reaction pool of the flue gas desulfurating dedusters. 35-40 | Installation Arrangements The equipment is assembled as a whole to leave factory. Before installation, the customers should preinstall the sedimentation tank and caisson tank by concrete (or bricks) When installing, the deslagging equipment should be lifted in position. A certain angle should be adjusted between the equipment and the ground according to the drawing. The main body should be connected and supported according to actual requirements (See arrangement diagram). At last, the equipment could be plug in.

Debugging
Before the debugging, the oil cup and reducer should be filled with oil and the oil surface should not be under oil line to make sure that the equipment could run smoothly. Adjusting the bolt of the adjusting equipment can make the scrapper chain no too tighten or too loose. Generally speaking, it should not be too tighten to consume too much power of the electromotor. After the adjusting, it can be plug in to run without anything. If there is no abnormities, it can be put into operation.
Operation and Maintenance 1. In the process of operation, if the equipment is locked by some hard things, it can reversed half round and then run positively. Some common faults can be removed. 2. The ash-removing machine should be checked periodically of the lubrication system. Fasteners, vulnerable accessories, chains and supporting roller should be oiled, tightened and changed. |
