Structure and Principle This equipment consists of Venturi, Main tube, Top water injection tank, Bottom spillway, cleaning hole , assistant tube, connecting smoke duct and so on. Its working principle is: Dust stream enters Venturi from entrance dust duct and is sprayed by water into larynx entrance. Because of the high speed of flue gas, sprayed water is dissolved into very small water mist and moistens the dust in the flue gas. During this progress, the dust in the flue gas is moistened and becomes heavier, which favored the centrifugal separation of the dust. Under the condition of high-speed fluffy stream, because water drips are very different from dust particles, their speed is also different. So that water drips collided with dust particles and they condense into one body. Particularly, small dust can be dissolved by water mist and all these made full preparations for the separation of dust. Then they enter the tube. The main tube is round. The water enters the main tube from the upper water injection tank and makes a membrane flowing from the top to the bottom. The flue gas enters from the bottom of the tube and rises with rotating movement. The flue gas always rubs the water membrane in the tube under the centrifugal force. The water membrane moistens the flue gas and the dust flows with water to the bottom of the deduster. Then the dust will be drained off from the spillway. The bottom of the tube is sealed and water sealed tank is set to prevent the smoke to leak from the bottom.Cleaning hole is used to clean the bottom of the tube. The sewage after dedusting will be discharged from the bottom spillway into sedimentation tank to be counteracted and precipitated. Then it can be used circularly. The purified air will dehydrate through the top cone part of the main tube and enter the assistant tube to be precipitated and separated. The purified flue gas will be discharged into the flower and then the working progress of the deduster will be finished.
Characteristics Granite water film deduster has the characteristics of low price, convenient installation, anticorrosion, wear resistance, durability and stable quality. It has a high dedusting efficiency of 95-97%. The efficiency of binocular deduster can be higher than 97%. It has good adaptation, and can be used for many kinds of industrial boiler and dust borne area to dedust and desulfurizate. It is an ideal boiler supporting product with stable operation and simple mantenance. 1.Adopting natural granite and be shaped into round bending board, the whole structure of the product is smooth and even. It has characteristics of anticorrosion, wear- resisting and heat- resisting. 2.The inner side is smooth and even. It makes the water consumption reduce to 2/3 and costs reduced. 3.At installation, acid & alkali resistant plaster mud are used on the joints. It ensures that water will leak from the joints. 4.The sizes of flanges are provided on the entrance and exit. When installing, flange Joint will be filled with asbestos rope so that air leakage can be avoided. The effect of treatment will not be influenced. 5.The bottom of the tube is sealed. It makes the efficiency higher than the traditional unsealed tube. The consumption of wind energy and the outer pollution can be reduced.

1. The specific gravity of granite water film deduster is 2.3T/m3. The base of the deduster should be designed according to the chosen kind and installing location. The base must be even and 100mm lower than the horizon. 2. Water supply system, blowing pipe, sedimentation basin and such auxiliary facilities should be designed, planed and implemented at the time of construction. 3. The joint size of the entrance and exit smoke duct should be made according to the flange size supplied by our company. 4. The joint of the tube should be made of diabase water glass mud and prepared according to the formula. 5. The overflow box is the key part and must be correctly installed. Uniform flow of water should be assured to form water film. Outer tube should not leak. 6. After finishing the installation, the equipment should be systematically checked and art examination should be performed everywhere. | Operational Maintenance 1.The quality should be checked before operation. The clearness of water supply system should be assured and ash-discharging hole should be sealed. 2.Before operation, induced draft fan should be turned on and then water can be supplied to the water supply system. Before stopping induced draft fan, water supply should be stopped. In operation, tube body must not be short of water. The overflow box should be checked whether it is smooth periodically. The conditions of smoke temperature and resistance should be inspected. 3.It is better to use alkaline sewage or boiler flushing water to counteract the acid sewage in the sedimentation basin. The treated sewage could be used circularly after sedimentation and filtration. 4.The condition in the neutralization pond should be checked periodically. The condition of alkaline water should be checked periodically (Generally, the PH value should be above 9. At one day of 12 hours, it should be checked 3 to 4 times and the PH value in the clean water tank should be well controlled.) 5.If the water film deduster stops work for a long time or the top water tank flashes, clean water should be used (for example running water) to brush for about one hour to clean the ash in the water tank. |
