
Structure and Principle Ceramic water film deduster consists of Tube, Top water injection tank, Bottom spillway, cleaning hole and so on. Its working principle is: Dusty stream enters Tube from entrance dust duct. The Tube is round. The water enters the main tube from the upper water injection tank and makes a membrane flowing from the top to the bottom. The flue gas enters from the bottom of the tube and rises with rotating movement. The dusty gas always rubs the water membrane in the tube under the centrifugal force. The water membrane moistens the dusty gas and the dust drop flows with water to the bottom of the deduster. Then the dust will be discharged from the spillway. The bottom of the tube is sealed and water sealed tank is set to prevent the smoke to leak from the bottom. Cleaning hole is used to clean the bottom of the tube. The sewage after dedusting will be discharged from the bottom spillway into sedimentation tank to be counteracted and precipitated. Then it can be used circularly.

Installation 1.Water supply system, blowing pipe, sedimentation basin and such auxiliary facilities should be designed, planed and implemented at the time of construction. 2.The joint size of the entrance and exit smoke duct should be made according to the flange size supplied by our company. 3.After finishing the installation, the equipment should be systematically checked and art examination should be performed everywhere.
Operational Maintenance 1. The tank should be fully filled with clean water and water should be supplied to the deduster until the spillway is overflowing before operation. The quality should be checked. The smoothness of water supply system should be assured and ash-discharging hole should be sealed without leaking. 2. Before operation, induced draft fan should be turned on and then water can be supplied to the water supply system. Before stopping induced draft fan, water supply should be stopped. In operation, tube body must not be without water. 3. The ash in the sedimentation basin should be cleaned periodically. The circulating water should be kept clean. 4. The desulfurizating efficiency should be above 80%. Alkali liquor should be added to the circulatory pool to make the PH value kept above 9. The acid sewage after counteracting and precipitating with the alkali water can be circularly used. 5. If the deduster stops working for a long time or the top water tank flashes, clean water should be used (for example running water) to brush for about one hour to clean the ash in the water tank. |
