Working principle YD-CJS impact water-bath deduster uses the way of high-pressure spraying to largely increase the area of water and gas. The reaction time of gas, liquid and solid would be increased and the effect of the deduster would be better. The flue gas from the boiler comes in through the entrance of the deduster. There is a spray nozzle in the entrance. The water mist, which is sprayed by the nozzle, moistens the ash in the flue gas. In this process, the water mist moistens the ash. It becomes heavier and easy to be separated. Then it goes through the smoke duct made of granite and strikes the water surface in a very high speed. The most of the dust particles remains in the water because of heavy weight or adhesion to the water. This is the striking period. After this period, there are water drip, water mist and bubble period in the shape of parabola formed on the water surface because of the motion of the gas. The dusty gas will be further purified in this period. This is the spraying period. Because the temperature of the flue gas in generally not lower than 80centigrade(or higher) when entering the equipment, there are water mists formed in the tube body when hit by the flue gas. When the dust particles change their directions and move upward, they are further purified by the water mists. This is the atomizing and dedusting period. After purified by the above three ways, the clean gas comes into the chimney from the exit of the deduster. Considering the dedusting and dewatering effects of the deduster, we set three different speeds in the equipment. When the flue gas enters the striking pipe of the equipment, the speed is the most fast. According to different dedusting wind quantity, this speed is generally 12-50m/s. The speed of the water-bath period is very slow, and it becomes a little faster in the atomizing system and faster in the exit. According to the different speeds, the effect of dedusting and dewatering can be achieved. In the practical using of this equipment by many factories, it is proved of the high efficiency of dedusting.
