Atomization drying desulfurization deduster is a desulfurating and dedusting equipment which is designed on the basis of ceramic multitube deduster. It changes the original structure of multitube swirling deduster and uses the left heat of the flue gas itself to heat the ordered arranged heat conducting water pipe to form steam. The operation is convenient and the dedusting effect is good. Because it can be regenerated, the comprehensive cost is low.
Desulfurating principle: The main principle of desulfurating by active carbon is the function of catalysis and absorption. When the carbon gas containing H2S goes through the active carbon layer, it releases heat under normal temperature and will be catalyzed and oxidized into S and H. The products are absorbed by active carbon. The purpose of desulfuration can be achieved. Regeneration principles: Send the over hot steam which is heated above the temperature of 400centigrade to go through the active carbon layer. S will be melted into liquid or gas and precipitated from the holes of active carbon. It will be taken out of the active carbon bed with the over hot steam to the water cooling tank. S will be cooled in to solid to lie in the bottom of the tank. The gas, which is not cooled will be discharged by through the chimney. The active carbon will be regenerated and be recycled. S can be reclaimed and the purpose of regeneration can be achieved.

Installation and Using Instructions
1. The desulfurating deduster is divided into deduster itself, desulfurating bed and ash hopper when leaving the factory. When installing, the main body should be installed on the upper flange joint of the ash hopper bracket. The desulfurating bend should be installed on the main body and connected to the exit flange. The water tank should be filled according to requirements.
2. The desulfuration blocks should be ranged tightly and with order.
3. After the installation of water tank, water filling should be tested. The water should be filled until there is water overflowing from the overflow port.
4. Every gap between flanges should be sealed. The air impermeability of the system should be checked.
5. When the equipment is running without stop, ash should be discharges periodically. It is better to check about once 4 hours.
6. The using units should reinforce the management and check periodically to avoid leakage. When there are problems, they should be solved in time to assure a good running condition of the atomization dedusters.
7. The changing time of desulfuration blocks should be two times per year for warming stoves and four times for industrial furnaces to assure the desulfurating effect.
