Characteristics Bag deduster is a kind of dry dedusting equipment. It is suitable to collect tiny, dry and not fibrous dusters. The filter bag is made of weaved filter cloth or non weaved felt. It adopts the filtrating effect of fabrics to filtrate the dusty gas. When the dusty gas enters the bag deduster, the dusts of big particle and heavy specific gravity settle under the influence of gravity and drop into the ash hopper. When the gas containing tiny dusts goes through the filter materials, the dusts will be intercepted and the gas will be purified. The dedusting efficiency of common new filter materials is not high. After using for some times, the surface of the filter materials will gather a layer of dusts because of the effect of filtration, collision, stagnation, pervasion and static electricity. This layer of dust is called first-layer. In the following moving process, the first-layer becomes the main filtering layer of the filter materials. Relying on the effect of the first-layer, the filter materials with big net hole can get a high filtrating efficiency. With the gathering of the dusts on the surface of the filter materials, the efficiency and resistance of the deduster are correspondingly increasing. When the pressure difference on two sides of the filter materials becomes very big, the tint dusts adhering to the filter materials will be pressed down. Thus the efficiency of the deduster will reduce. On the other hand, if the resistance of the deduster is too high, the wind quantity of the dedusting system will obviously reduce. So when the pressure of the bag deduster reaches a certain number, the ash should be removed in time. When removing the ash, the first-layer should be protected to assure the efficiency.

Structure The deduster is composed with top box, middle box, bottom box (ash hopper), ash cleaning system and ash discharging structure. The function of the bag deduster is determined by the following. Except selecting correct materials of the filter bag, the ash removing system plays an important part to the bag deduster. So the ash removing method is one of the characteristics to divide bag dedusters. It is also an important part in the running of bag dedusters.
Ash removing method 1.By gas: Removing the ash by gas is a method which back blows the filter bag with the help of high pressure gas or outside atmosphere to remove the ash on the filter bag. Ash removing by gas method includes impulse spraying ash removing, back blow ash removing and back absorbing ash removing. 2.By machine: It is divided into top shaking ash removing and middle shaking ash removing (both for filter bag). It is a method to remove the ash on the filter bag with the help of the mechanic shaking equipment to shake the filter bags in turn periodically. 3.By men: Hitting every filter bag by men to remove the ash on the filter bag.
Structure Forms 1. Can be divided by shape into: Flat bag (echelon and panel) and round bag (cylinder). 2. Can be divided according to the entering and exiting of the wind into: entering from the bottom and exiting on the top, entering from the top and exiting on the bottom, direct current (only for slabby flat bag) 3. Can be divided according to the filtrating methods of the bang into: Ortside filtering and inside filtering. The fibers used for filters include: cotton fiber, woolen fiber, synthesis fiber and glass fiber. Filter materials made of different fibers have different functions. 208 or 901 terylene flannelette can be used as the common filter material. The using temperature can not be higher than 120centigrade. The using temperature of fiber glass filter bag, which has been treated by silicon mrbmr resin, can not be higher than 250centigrade. Cotton and woolen materials is suitable for dusty which is not corrosive and under the temperature of 80-90centigrade.
Advantages 1. The dedusting efficiency is high. It can collect tiny dusts with diameter bigger than 0.3 microns. The dedusting efficiency can be higher than 99%. 2. It can be used smartly. The treating quantity of wind can be hundreds of cubic meters per hour to a hundreds thousand cubic meters per hour. It can be directly installed indoor as small machine set near the machine tool. It can be also produced as a large dedusting room, namely¡°bag room¡± 3. The structure is simple and operation is steady. The first investment is little(Compared with electric dedusters) and the maintenance is convenient. So the bag deduster is widely used to remove dust pollution, improve the environment and recollect materials. |
