working principle

The organic waste gas enters the activated carbon adsorption device, wherein the organic solvent molecules or molecular groups are adsorbed in the activated carbon micropores, and the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. When the activated carbon is saturated, the activated carbon needs to be regenerated to allow it to resume the adsorption function. The device uses hot air desorption, and a catalytic combustion device is arranged in the device. The electric heater heats the air, and generally heats up to a temperature higher than the boiling point of the adsorbed solvent. After the hot air passes through the adsorber, the organic solvent in the adsorbent material is transferred to the desorbed air, and the solvent concentration is further increased. When the concentration of the organic waste gas reaches 2000 ppm or more, the high-concentration organic waste gas enters the catalytic combustion device, and the catalytic bed in the catalytic combustion device has a light-off temperature of 200-300 ° C, and is harmless after the flameless combustion reaction under the action of the catalyst. Carbon dioxide and water vapor are discharged into the atmosphere by exhaust pipes.
